This project involved designing and developing a modern, credibility-driven marketing website for RT Group, a global leader in TV and film production safety. Working in Figma for the design and WordPress for the build, the goal was to create a site that clearly communicates RT Group’s expertise in on-set medical support, risk assessments, and crew protection, while building trust with high-stakes buyers and driving qualified inquiries. Objectives:

- Design a professional, trustworthy website that clearly communicates RT Group’s core value: elite medical support, robust risk assessments, and crew protection for global shoots.

- Create a conversion-focused layout that guides producers, HODs, and safety officers from awareness to inquiry through clear calls-to-action and contact flows.

- Ensure the design is fully responsive and performs seamlessly on both mobile and desktop for international stakeholders.

- Highlight the range of services and use cases across film/TV productions to demonstrate versatility and build credibility.

- Develop and deliver the final site in WordPress, with a structure that allows the client and agency to manage and scale content post-handoff.

Challenges:

- Communicating a specialised, high-risk service clearly and concisely without overwhelming visitors with jargon or excessive detail.

- Differentiating RT Group from generic safety providers through design and messaging; particularly around their global capability and elite support.

- Designing service and trust sections (testimonials, proof points, logos) that felt authoritative and reassuring without appearing salesy.

- Building a flexible WordPress structure that allows the agency and client to easily update service pages, case studies, and blog content post-handoff.

Solutions:

- Designed a clean, minimal layout with a strong above-the-fold hero section leading with the core value proposition (“Ensure a secure shoot with the trusted global partner in TV and film safety”) to immediately communicate what RT Group offers and why it matters.

- Built a clear, scannable services architecture; dedicated sections/pages for medical support, risk assessments, and crew protection to help visitors quickly identify relevance to their production needs.

- Created a structured trust layer; testimonials, client logos, and proof points; positioned to increase confidence and reduce perceived risk for decision-makers.

- Implemented a tokenised design system in Figma (colours, typography, components) and translated it into reusable WordPress components for faster iteration and brand consistency.

- Partnered closely with The Competitor Coach to align design, messaging, and conversion strategy, ensuring the site is marketing-ready and optimised for lead generation.

Results:

- Delivered a fully responsive, production-ready website in WordPress, designed and built end-to-end from Figma, with component fidelity and editorial flexibility.
