Summary of the Project:
This project involved designing a full end-to-end mobile shopping app called Vesti — a second-hand fashion marketplace for buying and selling clothing. Working entirely in Figma, the design covers the complete user journey from splash screen and onboarding through to product browsing, checkout, seller storefronts, messaging, and order management. The project began with low-fidelity wireframes and a sitemap to map out the full information architecture, before moving into a polished high-fidelity UI built on a structured design system.

Objectives:
Design a complete, production-ready mobile app UI for a second-hand fashion marketplace, covering all core buyer and seller flows
Create a clean, modern interface that makes browsing, buying, and selling second-hand clothing feel easy and trustworthy
Build a comprehensive design system — colours, typography, spacing, components, and icons — to ensure visual consistency across all screens
Map out the full information architecture through a sitemap and wireframes before committing to high-fidelity design
Cover all edge cases — empty states, error screens, payment failures, and order tracking — for a complete, handoff-ready deliverable
Wireframes
The design process started with low-fidelity wireframes to map out the layout and structure of every key screen before any visual design decisions were made. A sitemap was created first to confirm the full information architecture — organising the app into its core navigational areas:
Splash & Onboarding — First launch experience and account creation flow
Authentication — Login, Sign up, Reset Password, Verification, Update Password, and Create Profile screens
Home — Main product feed with categories and featured items
Search & Browse — Search screen with filters and category browsing
Product — Full product detail, seller storefront, and add item flows
Messaging — Chat list and individual message screens
Favourites — Saved items list
Profile — User profile, order history, and settings
Checkout — Cart, shipping address, payment form, confirmation, and error screens
